Good night the HOVATEK Team.

Its working fine fine until the battery was suddenly removed from the phone without switching OFF while the phone is ON, after installing the vattery back, then it went dead, no charging sign, no vibration, etc.

What could be the problem pls???

What I tried:
1.Backing up the OS [after it went dead]
2.Flashing the OS back, but to no vail.

Please if it needs flashing can you help me with the OS?

where you able to make a firmware backup?
have you tried charging the battery of the device or tried a different battery?
when you connect the device to a pc, is there any detection? check device manager

I can make backup as it is and it accept flashing only I dont have a workin OS.

I measured the battery volt its 4.17v, which is fine, tried another battery but still no life, I plug charge for almost 2hrs nothing shows.

Actually the communication between the device and computer is totally good, device manager displays it as MTK VCOM or sometimes Preloader....... etc, I can read info on miracle, I can read OS, EFT dongle too performs all operations successfully like reading info and backup

I checked this site no firmware for X652C its only for X652, X652A and X652B.

The battery terminals on the phone board is the faulty part, after proper packing and small repair the phone is now normal. Thanks for you time and response

Infinix S5 X652 Dead After interrupted during Flashing

I was flashing S5 using sp flash tool using format and flash mode.
it was formatting my device and accidently my device disconnected, Now it is not turning On. Connecting data cable does nothing please help me. On connecting with pc it does nothing but it is shown in the device manager. Plz Plz Plz Help me anybody
