Just because you registered one and bound it to the Mi software doesn't mean its authorized to flash.

boot the phone to homescreeen, enable usb debugging and connect to the PC (be sure to allow usb debugging on the phone when prompted)
in umt qcfire latest module, there should be an option for "anti relock", look for it and select it

If it's mtk like mi 9/9a use fastboot with CMD (minimal adb and fastboot ) get ur hands on these  commands
Fastboot devices
If ur device is detected √√√ proceed if not shown (search for the solution)
Once it's detected as a fastboot device
-use fastboot erase persist
-fastboot erase user data
these should suffice
NB mi cloud is shown as persist otherwise u won't find it in the scatter file
This was how I fixed it just some minutes ago after failing in sp flash tool method which is more risky if Incase u format a wrong address device would be bricked and stuff like full file am not sure about.it may fail if there are other factors like OEM lock I guess

However I realized that fastboot erase persist only disables mi account temporarily once discard with data inserted it will relock so  I used miracle box 2.82 adb extra mi all account lock in recovery mode
