Hi guys, I would like to create twrp recovery and lineageOS 17.1 for this device are the steps similar to this rooting steps? I have 2 devices and the first one is already Stuck in black screen downloading mode(waiting for dry out). It would be great to know the right steps how could I do that, because I'm already confused with twrp. 
I compared the RomStock recovery image and the TWRP-3.4 img but there is to much difference for my newbee knowledge.
I have backup from phone RomStock, I can upload if it's helping in research.

Twrp recovery downloaded from twrp site unpacked as custom-recovery with CarlivImageKitchen the rom stock is from blackview.
