Please, I am unable to have access to the content of the Internal Memory of my Tecno Camon 15 Premier in Windows File Explorer. I can only see the contents of the TF Memory.

Also ensure to change USB settings (pops up when you connect the phone) to MTP

Please, my Windows PC detects my Tecno Camon 15 Premier.

However, I am able unable to have access to the content of the Internal Memory of the Phone in Windows File Explorer.

In Windows Explorer, I can only see the contents of the Extented TF/SD Memory Card.
