It might work if the recovery is from tecno y2 firmware.
Where did you get the TWRP you flashed?
Did you try porting with our tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html ?

I am new to all that I don't know about porting it just my techno y2 don't allow multi touch when playing games that requires two fingers on the pls help me

I don't know if flashing the firmware will fix it or is it hardware problem?

there is the possibility of getting soft brick or just a broken recovery mode
what is the build number of your tecno y2? have you tried searching for the firmware for that build and flashing just the recovery.img?
