why don't you simply open your web browser on the tab and visit whatsapp web website? or
search playstore for "whatscan". there's alot of apps with that name that seem to have similar feature, you can try them

I'm not sure Whatsapp supports tablets, maybe those with SIM cards. Opera PC browser has whatsapp web inbuilt
You must be able to install whatsapp on at least one smartphone after which you can mirror elsewhere.
Telegram is different though
