when i enter password with four characters it shows a prompt that DECRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL, the password you entered is correct but unfortunately your data is corrupt to resume using your phone perform factory reset. But if i reset the phone and reboot it it then display the same message that to start android enter your password

hopefully this isn't a faulty emmc issue
use miracle box or any hardware dongle tool you might have to read_info from the device to get the build number OR check the build number in recovery mode
download firmware for the same build and flash @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19340.html

See if you can enter factory mode (vol down + power). If you can then choose Wipe Emmc
