I need to find out how to do a fell backup of the stock firmware for a BV9800 PRO
I've read THIS guide and although I understand it, the MTK Droid Root & Tools doesn't work with this phone
I downloaded the latest version of MTJ Droid Tool and that doesn't work either

Any suggestions on how to do this?

I need to find a complete backup of a working phone as my camera isn't working and I'm certain it's because I formatted the whole flash when I was trying to root it

I've recovered from that and everything is now working after writing the imie back, Tee and Google keys but the camera and flash isn't working

So the only option I have to try is restore a complete working backup of a known working phone and then change the imie to my numbers
