have you tried booting into recovery mode using the key combo as explained @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2167.html ?
OR using adb reboot recovery?

If you had rooted your atouch 7+ tablet by flashing a patched boot.img its likely that it won't boot to recovery in my case what i did was flash back the stock boot img and i was able to boot again by using volume down + power button

But you can still boot to recovery using magisk if you are rooted
