So thank you for the file link.... But i have a problem, I tried flashing the phone and am getting BROM ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_JUMP_DA_FAIL (2035), so I checked the meaning from the error list and I downloaded Mt67xx usb vcom drivers since the phone is mt6753, but am still getting the same error, so I used usbdeview and I noticed everytime I connect the phone it's showing MT65xx preloader usb vcom instead mt67xx..... Please what can I do, and I don't even know if that's the only reason it's not connecting

attach a screenshot of device manager when your device is detected
you should reinstall vcom preloader driver according to the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html and if you still encounter the same error then try other fixes listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html
