Hi, I have an Alcatel Tablet 1T 10 With the MT8321 Processor and I'm currently looking for the stock firmware for as I accidentally flashed it without backing up the firmware and the reason I flashed it was because of a lock on it after I brought it. At first, i thought id bricked but after flashing it with another firmware (Alcatel_OneTouch_U3A_10_Wifi_MT6580_20180203_8.1.0) its seems to boot up but it's pretty basic and does not connect to the internet or not it is more or less like a testing stage for it I'll post up some pictures below of what it looks like on the main screen so to speak but really I'm just looking to get this fixed even if I have to flash with a different 8.1 Oreo-go Rom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there ; is it custom or stock rom ? Cuz i have tried too many roms but all of them slow. I want offical rom if any1 have it pls. Btw , i used "alcatel mobil upgrade tool" but getting error "Read terminal information failed".

within the firmware folder is official firmware, you can tell because the images are signed i.e (-sign)
if your phone is slow then you should consider wipe cache and or factory reset, also removing bloatwares helps too ; see https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-easi...p-lagging/

Thanks for the answer but after installing this firmware the device boots but does not update. Because it appears to be rooted. Also the device is really slow. I can't even watch videos on youtube. Am I doing wrong somewhere?

if you flashed firmware from within the backup folder then it could be rooted but the firmware within the firmware folder isn't
also if you still have other problems then this is someone's elses thread, create a new thread for your device issue by clicking "Ask Question" at the top

Hello everyone, even downloading this rom that you comment on, I hope I save the tablet crap and the zero support from Alcatel or TCL, which is the same, they never answered my questions, I think you have saved me.


I wanted to ask you if there was any improvement or another better Rom than the one you are talking about?

I add that I download half the internet without luck, only that one that works.

Alcatel programs do not detect compatibility even with the tablet, it is somewhat deformed. Using the Mobile Upgrade S Gotu2 v5.8.3 program I select the 8082 model and it doesn't even recognize it.


Here I leave the specifications and the code printed on the motherboard that is the real name.
