and after trying flash it with spt phone now won't work at all and tried to flash many roms with spt and the best i can reach :

seems like you're using the wrong auth file, either you try other meizu auth files from the list @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23874.html hoping that one will work for your model OR try using a tool such as mrt dongle tool (it should have support for your model)

I have tried these auth and DA files with spt but still same problem now I'm trying mrt tool v2. 60 cracked hopefully will work and I'm really thankful for you replied back to me

all the auth files from that list result in the same error you posted? if using any of the auth files gives you a different error non related to auth then it's likely that one might work for your device if you can find the right da file
was actually referring to mrt latest version, not sure m5c is supported on mrt 2.60 but you can check

Unfortunately all give same error auth send fall and i tryed mrt miracle 2.27a from your posts and something strange happens when i selected the Flash and press start then connect with phone got detected and all the sudden miracle just close auto without any errors appear.. Now gonna install windows 7 and try again I'll post the results. Thank you

miracle box 2.27 doesn't support phones with secure boot, changing windows version won't make any difference

yes you are right but i encounter other problem as well with highter version of miracle in windows 7 loader seems to be not there at all says no dongle found while trying to run it from Loader

Which higher version have you tried? Only versions with *Loader label works without dongle.

disable your antivirus then re-extract from the zip file then relaunch
BTW you seem to have mistaken mrt for miracle box, no loader version of miracle box has direct support for meizu m5c
