i just tried to flash my oppo f9 pro with the sp flash tool but i can't. I downloaded the rom from the official oppo site but when I use the scatter file that is in the rom I have an error message that appears : error : status_scater_file_invalid (0xC00300001).

seems like scatter file from an OTA firmware, you can't use this in sp flash tool
flash the firmware in recovery mode OR better still show the contents of the firmware
