Am trying to flash  firmware on itel s31 because it stock on logo.but i get the error of Set Error for Addr & Size00 when using miracle and ERROR: S_FT_DOWNLOAD FAIL (4008) when using sp flash tool. below is the image attached please what can i do?

when flashing, untick cache and userdata
if flashing is successful then factory reset in recovery mode before attempting to boot to homescreen
btw ensure you are flashing firmware for your exact phone build
