After flash my Texto W5 with the stock rom android don't have the Band correcto for my country and don't can change for mtk engineering. Some idea.

Hi,

After flashing my techno w5 with stock rom the "BandMode" only lets me select EGSM900 and DCS1800, but in my country the correct bands are PCS1900 and GSM850.

Please help me.

which firmware did you flash? one with the same build number as your device?
which bands are you referring to? 4g or 3g network band?
which bands did the phone have before you flashed?

Thanks for you response X3non, ansewering your questions:

- The firmware instaled is W5-H373B-M-170905V652,  I don't know build number original.
- I refer to 3G and 4G band, the error is in the frequency, actualy the phone is in EGSM900 and DCS1800 but my country i need PCS1900 and GSM850.

Bandas 4G
B2 (1900), B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1), B7 (2600)
Bandas 3G
B2 (1900), B5 (850)
Bandas 2G
B2 (1900), B5 (850)



- The phone is global version, it had all Frequency band active.

from your screenshot, the previous build is the same as the build number of the firmware you flashed
bands on an mtk phone can't be changed by flashing as it requires specific hardware, so what you see enabled in engineering mode on the phone are the only supported bands on the phone
if you need a specific band for your country, then you should search for a phone that supports the said band before purchasing

if it's that the phone isn't detecting network signals after flashing, that's a different problem
