what i mean is that my gionee f200 got brick when i root it and since the i'm having network problem due to lost IMEI and the apps are breaking

Did you unlock bootloader before rooting? If yes, lock bootloader and see if that would fix apps crash.

1. How did you root?
2. Go to Settings > About > Baseband and confirm what you see there
3. Confirm that your phone's IMEI shows either empty or null (*#06#)
