tecno n8 or tecno camon n8? original tecno n8 is mediatek btw
how did the phone get dead?
have you tried disconnecting / reconnecting the battery of the device?
do you remember it's build number? and how did you confirm it has qualcomm chipset?

It got dead through charging. I repair so I open it before seeing the chip set

you were charging the device and then it went totally dead? if yes then that's more likely a faulty hardware than software problem
