Hello I need your help I want to reset the privacy unlock for p13 but is not going through I tried using nck reset privacy option but it just saying DATA NOT FOUND RESETTING FILE SYSTEM Have also used the full file all is the same issue also tried using hard reset although the phone is resetting it keeps showing the privacy unlock
