This device was previously at bootloop however factory hard  reset, safe format and the rest can't help so I decided to format with sp flash tool and I can't get the file only two files I got but they are locked and those sites refused to name a price for their filrE may I get it if a member has any thanks in advance

can you get access to another working phone? same model as the bricked phone

that's the best option, unless you wish to keep searching online hoping for one with firmware (and password)
you can try readinfo using any hardware dongle tool, see if you can find the current build of the phone then use that to search online
