What were you doing with the phone when it go off?
When you connect the phone to pc, do you hear any connection/disconnection sound?
Have you tried loosening the phone and disconnect/reconnect the phone’s battery before power on or charging?

i just completed a call and put the phone on the table on picking it again to make another call it was off and never rebooted
i have tried connecting to a pc its not giving any sound
the batter is inbuilt i have not opened the phone yet

You should have the phone's battery checked. It might be a power-related issue.

still won't rule out hardware issue, first ensure that you've disconnected / reconnected the battery of the device
then download and attempt to flash [factory / signed] firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25781.html
you can try flashing using spft @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html and the DA file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html
OR use SWD tool (format all + download) @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html
