Hello guys, I needed to know, what if I download only the scatter file of a phone , can't I work on the phones from lock or password or the phone using sp flash tool. Thanks

totally depends on what you aim to achieve, you can remove locks with only the scatter file but you can;t fix a bricked phone with only scatter file

frp lock = format only frp partition
user lock = userdata (might need to factory reset in recovery if the phone refuses to boot to homescreen, you should simply factory reset if userlock is the case)
privacy lock = nvdata
relock bootloader = seccfg
