My Itel a16 doesn't show files

Why my itel a16 doesn't show anything on the screen when its powered ON but rather it shows a dark screen

And when the lock button is long pressed it shows the -power off ,restart button and flight mode button and it can be switched off too but it doesn't show files

how did this problem begin?
are you able to pull down the notification area and get to settings?
