Huawei E8372H-153 lost WEBUI after unlock
(25-06-2020, 06:12 PM)nadjtech Hi there!
I have a wingle E8372h-153 that lost WEBUI after unlock.
here are all the informations of it:
Found Applications port COM5
Found modem : E8372
Model : Huawei E8372h
IMEI : 000000000000000
Serial NR. : 0123456789ABCDEF
Firmware : .21.321.01.00.306
Compile date / time : Mar 1 2017 14:03:47
Hardware ver. : CL1E8372HM
Dashboard version : 00.00.00.000.00
SIM Lock status : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)
As you see, it's version 21.321.01.00.306
so I've tried to reflash with usbloader.bin but it doesn't work. I've tried to downgrade the firmware and flash with an other one that will have a WEBUI but all versions under 21.321 fail.
do you guys have a solution?
can you help me please?
(26-06-2020, 10:40 AM)nadjtech It worked once when I was unlocking it.
I used [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]usbloader.bin[/B] to erase firmware, then I flashed this firmware version [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]21.321.XX.XX[/B].
The modem is now unlockee but since then I'm unable to flash neither [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]usbloader.bin[/B] nor [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]usbsafe.bin[/B].
I have no WEBUI, the dashboard is 00.00.00.00
And when If try to flash [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]usbloader.bin[/B] or [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]usbsafe.bin[/B] in order to install an other firmware, I get some weird stuffs in the command [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]balong_usbdloader[/B] that I cannot even read since they were supposed to be displayed in Russian.
I can boot the Modem into [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]USBSAFE[/B] mode with command [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]AT^GODLOAD[/B] in [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]DC-UNLOCKER[/B]. but any firmware lower than the version that is in it now (21.321...) fail with [NEGATIVE SQUARED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER B]error code 13[/B].
