Hi Everyone, I am using an INfinix note 5 x 604; it gets auto shutdown suddenly... when it is ON, it works perfectly, all of the hardware works fine.... but still it gets sudden poweroff. (sometimes on bootscreen, sometimes just after lockscreen appears, sometimes it keep working without any issue for hours and then suddenly keeps powering off)

I have tried different stock Rom/firmware, but issue is still happening. what can be the issue? how can i debug it or get the logs to know why failure happens.?

I shall be very thankful for the solution.

does the phone shut down completely or reboot?
what's the build number of your device and which firmware builds have you tried?
