what was wrong with the phone before flashing it?

you'll need to look for a working s15, backup nv from the phone. you can backup using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-31800.html ; l_fixnv & prodnv
flash the nv backup to your own phone @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-28774.html

Good evening sorry for posting multiple times had network issues didn't know it was sent multiple times
I don't have any other one using s15 is there no alternative? the owner is a client and am running out of time please
Another thing is during backup will the other not also lose the network capabilities?

we don't have an S15 either, so it's upto you to look for a working s15 or you can search online if you'll find nvram for s15 (you can try flashing)

I successfully fixed the no service issue by searching online and found fix but before I could fix it, it was showing incompatible until I selected repartition which successfully flashed and fixed the network issue. The phone is undergoing text to see if any problem occurs but so far so good working well
