Hello. I bought a new Itel A-55 lte some days ago. But my phone does not support more than 2 finger touch at the same time. I tested with multiple apps and it shows my phone only support 2 finger touch at the same time. Although the specifications says it supports upto 5 finger touch... Also i cannot find the "GESTURE" option in settings... Please help me to solve this multitouch problem.

where did you find "this specifications" and which apps did you use to confirm the multi-touch?
are you certain this phone isn't a clone? and can you get access to another itel a55 lte?
