how did you factory reset the device? through settings or recovery mode
after successfully factory resetting, did the device go through initial setup?

I reset the phone through settings and hardreset, yes the phone go through initial setup. And i have now backedup the firmware of similar phone, flashed it to my phone, and now the phone keep booting at logo, showing gionee and the initial 4g logo, which it use to show.. Any solution?

Boot the phone to recovery mode and perform factory reset again

you'll need to look for and try a different firmware build. you can check the list @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-389.html
did you bother to check if both phones have the same build number?
and did you by any chance make a firmware backup of your phone before flashing firmware from the other phone?
