I recently upgraded my XAIOMI mi 2 to version 9.2.3 now am having no service please help by Hamza2

how did you perform this upgrade? OTA or fastboot rom
did you check if the baseband and imei are still intact?
have you tried downgrading back to the previous build?

I flashed it using miracle box after that I checked the imei it was there and also both Sims where detected I have also tried to flash NON-HLOS.bin which wasn't successful I tried downgrading to a lower version but still it didn't work out

What’s the phone’s current build no?
Did you take note of the phone’s build no. before flashing it?

I don't think so but after I flashed it, it was 2014811 but I checked it back cover it was 2014821

NON-HLOS gotten from a HM2014821 phone? if yes, what error did you get?
have you tried switching network modes e.g to 2G only?

it seems both 2014811 and 2014821 can use same firmware but not sure if they both support the same network bands

There was no error only the network issue

did you get the NON-HLOS from a HM2014821 phone?

Yes I did get the NON HLOS.bin file from it No I didnt change to 2G because both simcards where ditected but u can't place a call or open mobile data recently after flashing the NON--HLOS file I discovered the settings app is not working again I saw a stock rom in the firmware section I was wandering if it could solve my problem

Probably a region thing. Flash a different firmware and check
