I flashed a new rom to my techno Pop 2 power- the touch dint sense so I followed your guide to flash a preloader of the rom, the phone wont boot. i tried to flash another Rom but it (Sp flash tool) requests for Auth File, I then downloaded the software download tool, the DA file wont work.. any assistance..
the DA file I used for Techno K7 in SP flash tool, its not working in software download tool..

do you remember the build number of your phone? if no, check the build number of the preloader you flashed initially then download firmware for the other build @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25815.html
the two different builds are B1p-F8017AB- and B1p-F8017C-
flash the firmware using "format all + download" in SWD tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23709.html

I flashed the first one, the issue now is compatible DA file to use with the tool. any idea i will appreciate .
Okay I understand you, but its showing DA error, I tried all the versions especially the previous to the latest, I have tried to change the DA in swd, I am stuck.

don't change any file from the tool's folder not even the DA file, use the version V4.1811.23.11 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23708.html
and attach a full screenshot of any error message you encounter

take out / reinsert the battery of the device then retry flashing using the same procedure mentioned in my previous reply
you could also try the auth file @ https://mega.nz/file/Q8JF2YLb#f6XZtElYW3...xbR6RbvcQo along with da for your model in spft
Thanks for being there for someone like me, I followed all your directions with zeal and a lot of expectations unluckily I didn't succeed. I still have the phone , it is detectable, I have been charging the battery and trying every time It crosses my mind. the error I keep getting nowadays using the auth file is da error, attached are the screenshots . Do you think I still have chances?, The goodness is it is my personal phone. Any further idea(s) I will appreciate.
