I received the error
DA : EMI : Failed to get EMI info from selected source!

Can anyone please explain what it means and how to solve it?

what's the phone model?
what is wrong with the phone and how did the problem begin?
have you tried flashing using spft?

It is Prestigio pmt7077 3g model. It can not start - it hangs during starting. No Recovery mode is able

Yes, I tried to use SP Flash tools ( V5.1348.0.100 that is in firmware bundle - I also tried other versions but no good)
but SP Flash tools stops with the error

PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded

When I want to format first( Tab Format in SP Flash tools)
I receive
Invalid ROM or PMT address
error

Where can be a problem?

you didn't say anything referring to how this problem started
backup the current firmware from your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html it'll help preserve the original preloader of your device
try flashing the firmware using "firmware upgrade" in spft

1. How exactly did the phone get bricked (a little history would help)?
2. Have you tried using a different firmware, especially one matching your current build number?

Thanks for your reply. I have two pcs of the same model. It is Prestigio pmt7077 3g model. One Prestigio pmt7077 3g hangs during starting - it is from a customer . The other is fully working but yet the same error. When I try to use
