Hi, i have an Itel It1409 device which only displays the logo, I would like to flash the device. Pls how can I check the build number and also can I get instructions on the flashing process.

For flashing, download pac file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20454.html with a matching build number then flash using Upgrade or Factory Download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html
