Good morning everyone.

Pls I need help from anyone who has an idea of this.

Some days ago, my infinix x557 hot 4 running on android 6.0 went off n rebooted to the XOS Logo without a successful boot.
It keep coming like that until I downloaded a file to flash it.

I was successful in flashing it but it is still not booting successfully.

Please anyone who can help provide solution.

Have you tried booting to recovery mode and factory reset after flashing? If no then see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html
Also, did you take note of the phone's original build no?
