My tecno y2-h721a2-kk 170503v13 vibrant doesn't flash,i tried the firmware but nothing,plz help.

What was wrong with the phone and how did it go dead?
Were you able successfully flash the firmware for your build or it ended with error?

It has a system hang log.

PS: found it online, it may or may not be password protected, if it's not then good cause you can flash

if it is, backup the current firmware from your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
then download and flash Y2-H721-A2-KK-170919V23 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html (backup firmware first)

i did download the files but the phone refused to flash,i have never flashed the phone before.it does the reading but refuses to flash.

what error do you encounter when flashing? attach screenshot.
