Diag Mode on LG V40UA?

To get to QC Diag mode from The ATT V40UA I had to access the SRV menu, then to Port Check and Enable, Go back to Field Guide, LTE Data , and switch Tethering mode from Android to QC Mode. Then the QC Diag Mode 9025 Shows up in my Device Manager.(28-03-2020, 05:38 PM)Willym88 anyone know how to do this?
