the phone in question, can it still boot into recovery mode? if yes, then check the recovery mode if there's an option to reboot to bootloader

out of luck then, maybe you might have been able to flash the device using fastboot
since you can't boot to recovery, then you either need to look for someone with cm2 dongle to help you flash the firmware or look for a different firmware

e.g found a miracle box backup @ [ Login to download]
