flash your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22466.html
qfil is part of qpst, since you already have qpst installed, you don't need to download the standalone. simply launch qfil from your start menu or qpst installation folder

i dont see that emmc programmer included in QFIL download.

Which to use if i flash Lenovo or it depends from model ?

programmer firehose file is usually included in the the firmware

yesterday have successfully flash one mine Lenovo s60 at home over windows 7 x64

today at work i try to flash another phone like this and i have this strange error :
