[Please help] How to change chinese rom to global?

download global fastboot rom @ https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?guide=2
flash global rom using miflash ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-27300.html
when flashing do NOT select "clean all and lock" as it will relock your bootloader and if anything goes wrong you will no longer will able to flash using fastboot (you'll either need service center or an authorized account to flash)
