disable drivers signature verification, follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-752.html
then install VCOM drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html , you'll still get error 10 but this time PC can detect it.

Also before flashing, could you tell us what's wrong with the phone and how the problem began?

Thank you. I have done all the above. Same problem persisted.
The phone just went blank while I was chatting with someone on Whatsapp and charging. It doesn't power on or boot to recovery, but the charging LED comes on when charging or connected to PC

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device then allow to charge for a while before you retry powering it on if not then retry flashing the firmware

you’ll have to loosen the phone and disconnect/reconnect the battery.

either you look for screwdriver or someone who has OR you wait for two week or less depending on the size of the battery, hopefully the battery of the device will drain completely then you charge it for a few mins and retry flashing

How did you know the battery has drained? was it showing the charging sign on-screen after connecting to the charger.
Also, no guarantees as to when the battery may get drained the best/fast solution is loosening and disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. I'll advise you to take it to someone to do that for you.
