manually download the particular OS version you wish to install, e.g bold 9800 check @ http://www.blackberryos.com/9800-operating-software/
to install, use the instruction under the header "How can I install a new OS to a crashed or nuked Blackberry phone?" @ https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-fix-...ftware-os/

if for a different bb os 7 and below model, search the blackberryos website for the firmware
