this leaves you with very few options left
1.) try rooting using device using mtk-su ; if you can get root access then you'll be able to dump firmware from your device. Let me know the outcome of this
2.) if you can't get root using mtk-su, then try dumping firmware using a hardware box / dongle ttol such as cm2, nck box or any other one you might have access to

do you have a the dongle along with latest version of the tool? if yes then ofc you can try using it.
If not, then note that loader versions won't work, your device uses mt6761 which no loader version supports

Tried the mtk-su, the arm64 gave me an error,cannot execute binary file while the arm just rebooted my phone.

latest version is 5.1952 ; ensure that's the version you tried if not then download latest version @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13970.html
you can check your version by launching the spftool > help > about

it means mtk-su won't work for you and if you're certain you've tried latest spft then you're left with option 2 above

you can try, no guarantees scatter file that was created with nck will work smoothly on spft.
Try spft if it didn’t work then you can as well try fastboot mode.
