folks i download android 10 update on my tecno spark3 pro kb8 using softwaredownload tool and now my phone is dead and when i try to flash the stock rom  using spflash tool i get error brom cmdstart fail i mean it connect to my pc but refuses to flash please help me its all i hava

Where did you download the android 10, was it for your phone’s build?
Try disconnecting / reconnecting the phone’s battery before powering up the phone or flashing firmware.

i did and yea the android 10 is for my phone build i may have problem with the DA files how can i flah it and does the windows type matter cause i use win10

if you're using sp flash tool to flash firmware, then you must download and insert the custom DA for your model into spft
download it from the list @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html
OR use software download tool to flash firmware (use the latest version with download only)

I dit that but the DA file is not even loadinv i mean there is no red line loading it give the error immediatly please please help

read the following instructions properly
use latest version of sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13970.html
download and insert DA for your model into sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html
don't insert the auth file, that's not needed
then flash the firmware

I can't flash without the author file and the phone keep connecting/disconnecting maybe I have to reset the pre-loaded by connecting the gold points on the phone board what do you think
And can you tell me where can I find it in my techno spark 3 pro kb8
