Does the phone have a valid baseband & IMEI?
yes i have a valid baseband & imei after trying repairing the imei using MAUI META tool, but still the phone cannot make any calls or even send ussd commands.

yes i have a valid baseband & imei after trying repairing the imei using MAUI META tool, but still the phone cannot make any calls or even send ussd commands.

Try changing network operator mode to Automatic. See if works.
Also, can you get access to a working device of the same model?
Ok i will try changing network mode and i also do not have access to another device of the same type as at now.

yes, i used an imei repaire tool and i got up to 4g but still cannot make calls or send ussd commands
