My Gionee phone is sending Unanimous message abroad

No sooner do I load it with credit ( under 1minitr) the credit will disappeared without a trace. It was when I asked my carrier that they then told me all these. Pls what can I do, meanwhile note that it's not retaining credit for me to be able to go to Google play store to download anything, And I have done factory reset and no positive result. It was same same.
