Good Day
I got an infinix hot 6 Android recently but I have been trying to create a hotspot connection with it to my Galaxy Tab E (Model Number SM-T377P) but it is not connecting. I can't even use xender to create a connection.
Please how can I fix this problem?

You should try factory resetting the tab but if the problem persist then must have to flash the stock ROM.

Do try factory reset, state if the problem persist.

are you able to create the hotspot but can't connect from the other device?
or you can't create the hotspot at all?

The Tab connects with other phones but its just that particular hot 6 that it doesn't connect with and I don't want to flash the Tab.
Could there be any other way?

The problem might be from the hot 6 then, does the Hot 6 connect with other phones apart from the tab?

In your hotspot settings, Try changing the AP Band (* GHz) to something else if there's more than one option

I can create hotspot connection with the hot 6 and share with other phones but it doesn't connect with the Tab. I noticed something, it actually connects with the Tab at one particular location which is at a phone repair shop that I went to. Once I leave that place and disconnect, it won't connect again till I go back there.
Could there be any other alternative?

Try factory resetting both the phones and try again.

Any option apart from resetting the phone?
I don't want to format the Tab because of the settings it came with
