Blackview S8 problem - restarts, apps crash

Hi, I brought a Blackview S8 phone. It contains ROM build V1.0-20180302. Phone is unstable .... reboots, crashing application etc. I downloaded versions of V1.0-20171102 and V2.0-20180817 on Blackview forum.
However, they cannot be written to the phone (this requires official files). I would say they have some protection in themselves (verified protected). You can advise me how to write these ROMs to my phone or where do I get an update my version V1.0-20180302 to solve my problems? Thank you

Have you tried factory resetting the phone?
Attach the screenshot of the error you get when you attempt to flash the firmware.
Also, attach the screenshot of the content of the firmware you downloaded.

Factory reset do not help. When I choose Format + download in the tool, the format will work fine but writing errors will end up.
If I click the preloader, tool it says "verified protected" error, it requires official img files. Versions V1.0 - 20180302 can normally be write into the phone with all three tools. But it's unstable. Is there any way to write to phone version V1.0 - 20171112 or V2.0 - 20180817 ....?
Is the phone protected or blocked?

flash using the "download only" option OR if you can unlock the bootloader of the phone then flash the firmware using fastboot (exclude preloader)

I've already tried everything ...., without a result.  Fastboot mode is useless with this phone.  Is it possible that there is something with emmc or even a motherboard?

what's the outcome of flashing using sp flash tool (download only) ?
factory reset the phone then confirm this, does the phone go through initial setup?
