How did the problem begin?
At what stage does it restart?
Does the pc the restarts when you’re in BIOS settings too?

Enter BIOS by pressing the, ESC, F10 or F12 key immediately after switching on the pc.
Go to boot > boot sequence > change HDD to be first boot device.

Then CMOS/BIOS battery is dead, might be the reason BIOS settings cannot be saved.
You can confirm by setting the Time & Date on your PC then power off and disconnect the charger and battery for at least for few minutes. If the time & date configurationchanges then you’ll need to replace the CMOS battery.

The first method you gave me for changing boot order sometimes it boots up properly and sometimes it does not but if your telling me the cmos battery is dead but when i try to go back to the bios everything is saved properly if there is no other way then i will try to change the cmos
