In this moment phone not working , vibration not work , telephon is bricked

You format the phone preloader area that's why not booting it's difficult to recover it back it not advise to format that area but don't give up find a preloader file suitable for your phone

But first fix that yellow error flag in device manager it was driver error not related to the thing you have done on your phone

if truly you formatted all without successfully writing back the firmware, then it's unlike that you'll flash the firmware without an auth file
disconnect and reconnect the battery of the phone to help with the detection problem then retry flashing firmware
