Hi guys. How do I turnoff earphone symbol on it4510.

I've cleaned the earphone jack,but the problem persists. I tried factory settings through phone setting. Phone requested password,which I couldn't resolve. Please help find solution.

does the symbol still show up if you restart the phone?

the earphone port / jack is faulty, have it checked and replaced if necessary

Thanks guys there no doubt about that,for I did the reset and cleaned the headphones jack different ways.The state is worse as you'd see in the picture.

. This dialog box in picture keeps blocking all operations. When it goes briefly,speaker sounds out.
