upload your screenshot to imgur.com then post the link here
if the firmware is in bin file format then you're to use a hardware box / dongle to flash, you can try using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16079.html

Can miracle box flash individual .bin file partitions? Because I had seen somewhere on this forum that miracle flash file comes as one big .bin format.

the single large bin files are backups made using hardware boxes / dongle tools such as miracle box, cm2, etc

what you have here is factory firmware, flash this firmware using flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17788.html ; disregard the title which says smartwatch, its the same procedure

That flash tools has correctly loaded all the available partitions for the ROM.
However, when I click on Download, the following error message appears:

FLASHTOOL ERROR: S_COM_PORT_OPEN_FAIL(1011)
[COM] Failed to open COM1
[HINT]:

How can I solve this?

ensure you properly installed mediatek vcom drivers, check what the device gets detected as in device manager when you connect it to the PC while its turned off
try a different usb cable or usb port
