how did the phone go from having frp lock to totally dead?
in full details, what exactly did you do? and what was the outcome?

I flashed it with the frp file using sp flash tool after which it refused to come up but computer can still detect its working

i presume that this frp file had preloader included and the flashing was successful, if yes then it's likely dead due to wrong firmware. flashing the right preloader should fix it

you'll need to look for a similar camon cx to backup firmware from then flash yours with the backup
